Ramechhap is about a 153-kilometer road that takes 5-6 hours to drive from Kathmandu. You can either ride from the tourist bus or hire a private vehicle. Fare for the tourist bus ranges from 20-30 $ per person and 100-200 $ for private vehicles. 

For the budget-friendly, you can ride the tourist bus, but riding the private vehicle is comfortable. From Kathmandu, we drive early drive in the morning so that we can catch the flight for Lukla. There are many hotels, cafes, restaurants, and guest houses available if we want to stay overnight.

From Ramechhap Airport, it takes 15-20 minutes to reach the Lukla Airport. From the Lukla, the main journey of trekking begins. While passing through the beautiful village of Namche Bazar, Dudh Koshi River valley, the scenic view of the gigantic mountains is absolutely breathtaking. 

From the starting point of the trek to Kalapathar, Mount Everest, Mount Lhotse, Mount Pumori, Mount Lobuche, Mount Nuptse, and other surrounding peaks can be seen.

Day 04: Acclimatization Day at Namche

Day 07: Acclimatization Day at Dingboche
